ProFeeder Flex
The ProFeeder Flex is the new entrant in the ProFeeder family, that already has over 500 units across the globe.

It is a robot cell that allows flexible maneuvering around the factory premise.

It is a highly compact and supple ProFeeder that is compatible with various robot brands such as Universal Robot A/S, Kassow Robots, Doosan, Hanwha Group, AUBO Robotics, FANUC America Corporation and many more.

Highly Maneuverable

The system is easily moveable around production and can be placed in a limited space capacity in the factory premises.

State-of-the-art Design

The ProFeeder Flex has an option to have the robot arm placed centrally or built in on the pedestal allowing space for cable guide.

ProFeeder Compact
  ProFeeder Compact is one-of-a-kind machine that is equipped with compact dimensions and is easily movable around the production facility. ProFeeder Compact takes less space in the factory and supports mass production.

The system supports manual change of part trays with a return on investment within 6 to 8 months. The ProFeeder Light can perform small series production and work as an “extra hand” for the manufacturers. This system is highly efficient and can be used when the production needs additional time. Like other ProFeeder products, ProFeeder Light is also made of powder-coated steel that makes the system more durable and steadier.

EasyPalletizer

 

The EasyPalletizer, is a platform designed for the purpose of making palletizing easy and mobile inside a factory.

EasyPalletizer is built upon the popular industrialised design and function in which all EasyRobotics products are recognized for stable and robust designs.

The EasyPalletizer can be equipped with robot arm from several manufacturer as well as Lifting module from SKF.

There are several applications which make the Palletizer the right choice to the industry;

  1. Floor level palletizing,
  2. Load transfer stations to mobile robots form conveyer or other fixed units.
  3. Unload/load transfer systems

The NEW ER200 is used in fully or partly automated production environments which demand enhanced flexibility and fast integration.

The ER200 is developed in respect of maximum mobility.

The ER5 series from EasyRobotics, is a series of mobile cobot platforms  APP (steel only) developed to maximize mobility and flexibility in robotic automation. The ER200 can be used for Universal Robots UR3, UR5, MIR100 and MIR200.

ER200 is a solid, mobile and compact working station to be mounted and integrated into MIR Robots, enhancing the collaboration between UR and MIR Robot collaboration advantages.

ER-Work

 

 ER-Work – Mobile Cobot Platform, made to maximise robot mobility

ER-Work mobile cobot platform is a compact mobile workstation for a safe collaboration with robot arms. ER-Work is used in fully or partly automated production environments that demand enhanced flexibility and fast integration.

The ER-Work is developed with respect to secure robot arms and to its maximal mobility. The integrated rolls and handholds facilitate easily moving and deploying the ER-Work. The ER-Work arrives fully mounted with trays, with an option to add a robot arm, and control panel and can be moved without the use of a forklift or pallet truck.

The mobile cobot platform can be favorably introduced for the automation of production where for example processing machines are closely together and where there is not enough room for the ProFeeder robot cell.
